The Flourish Day Spa Refund Policy
Our goal is to fit each person with the right products suited to their skin and preferences. We provide extensive information on our website, reviews, as well as virtual consultation and email follow up to help people decide what items to try from these skin care lines. We realize that despite these options not every product is perfect for every client or that order errors can occur.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with the quality of your order or if it is not correct contact us to describe the problem and reach agreement on any return, credit, or additional changes. Send all emails related to returns, damages, defects, and problems to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request and determine the best way to solve the problem.
All Blissoma and Lira Clinical products purchased on TheFlourishDaySpa.com may be returned up to 30 days from date of initial purchase for credit or refund. Please save the original packaging and product as you may be required to ship it back to us for your credit or refund. Any credit or refund issued beyond the original 30 days will be done solely at our discretion.
All returns which we do not immediately determine to be a miss-pack by our staff, or defect/quality related are the client's responsibility to ship back to us. It is up to the customer to bear the cost of the shipping returns in this situation.
