Risky Business!

I placed an order worth of $189 of products on 8/26/21, USPS claimed they made a delivery on 8/30/21 at 3:06pm which was not the case. I reached out to Megan Johnson about the issue and I was told to check my surrounding area & reach out to the post office in person. After sending an unpleasant but respectful email, I went to the post office the next day. Then I was told my delivery was marked along a wrong route but then the day after the story changed to "ma am it was delivered." I continued to communicate with Megan Johnson.

In conclusion, she said I had two options. First option, for me to reorder my items with a $45 gift card (my purchase was $189) and file a claim for $100 with USPS (which I believe she should do).

My second option according to Johnson was to file a claim for $100 and then reorder once I get $100 and then I would use it with the $45 gift card she issued.

It is 09/21/21 and my claim was denied by USPS. In addition, Megan Johnson has not done anything but send me a $45 gift card for my $189 purchase. I expressed how I just want what I paid for and so far I have nothing. BUYER BEWARE!
